There is no minimum term for our monthly website support, please just provide us with 30 days written notice to cancel.
All packages include the following:
- Ongoing Website HostingThis provides your website with somewhere to live online.
- Rolling Support Per MonthWe'll be on hand to make any changes you need during the month and if you don't use the time, it will rollover to the next month.
- Monthly Performance ReportsThis will tell you how many visitors your website received during the month, how they found your website and how they engaged with it.

You can request any updates you need to your website for the features included in your original website design package. Such as adding a blog you've written, updating prices, adding new products or managing stock.
Yes. As per our terms, you only need to provide 30 days written notice but you will need to pay for you website hosting annually (approximately $100) and we will have to provide a quote for any support you need in the future.
In the first instance, we will contact you to make you aware. However, if payments fall more than 2 months behind Zeath Digital™ will replace your website with a "under development" holding page until your balance is up to date. If your balance isn't up to date after 4 months, we will be forced to take your website offline until all payments are up to date. This doesn't mean your website is lost, it can be restored up to 12 months after your first missed payment, but being offline will mean you can't take enquires through your website and it will have a negative impact on your organic rankings. If 12 months have pass without payment, you website will be deleted permanently.
Obviously, we really wouldn't want to take either of these steps so if you do face financial problems, just talk to us and we'll help where we can.

We will contact you when you're running out of website support hours but don't worry we won't let you run out or be left without support.
